📋 Description
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of operational and financial audits • Oversee audit teams ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery • Communicate clear, actionable recommendations to management • Provide coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to develop audit staff • Support special projects and continuous improvement of audit methodologies
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or a related field • Strong understanding of financial and operational processes • CPA, CIA, or similar certification preferred • Proven ability to analyze problems and drive practical business solutions • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders • Experience working in dynamic environments with competing priorities
