📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process • Responsible for financial reporting, including monthly comparison of actual vs. budget results • Create monthly reporting packages for management and private equity sponsor • Monitor weekly cash forecasting tool • Perform comprehensive financial analyses • Proactively drive business performance and results analyses • Develop and implement fiscal operating budgets, policies and procedures • Develop, implement, and administer financial records • Develop, monitor, and distribute essential financial operating budgets • Review annual and intermediate budgets periodically • Responsible for negotiating allowable overhead with government • Coordinate quarterly reviews, annual audits, and consolidate financial statements • Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 10+ years of FP&A experience • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Solutions-oriented mindset • Strong working knowledge of Deltek CostPoint • Advanced MS Excel skills • Strong technical accounting research experience
