📋 Description

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis • Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs and align engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders • Groom requirements and plan releases • Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with Operations stakeholders • Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop mitigation strategies • Assess and improve program management processes to increase delivery efficiency and effectiveness • Interpret technical architecture and dependencies across the data platform, software, and data science work • Facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives • 3+ years working in healthcare technology or demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs in similarly regulated, operationally complex environments preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Demonstrated experience working with product and engineering in launching new products • Working knowledge of program management best practices and Agile framework • Strong experience working with Jira • Ability to use data and analytical tools to inform program decisions and surface risks • Ability to interpret technical architecture and understand dependencies across data platform, software, and data science • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events
