📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations • Develop process maps, use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation • Support the design of future-state processes aligned with organizational goals • Assist with change management activities including communication planning and training coordination • Facilitate requirements sessions and ensure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, and process engineers • Validate requirements against business needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions • Prepare documentation for workflow implementation, testing, and rollout • Track and document project progress, decisions, and requirements changes • Support user onboarding, training materials, and process adoption efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process documentation • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business processes • Experience collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders • Familiarity with workflow design tools and modern digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate) • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation and process diagrams
