• Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach and industry networking • Build relationships with customers in food, medical, and related industries • Sell custom flexible packaging solutions • Identify leads through research, conferences, and company lists • Work independently to grow revenue and expand market presence
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in flexible packaging (must have) • Knowledge of printing, lamination, and converting processes • 5+ years in packaging sales preferred • Industry contacts and ability to identify decision makers
