📋 Description

• Own end-to-end inventory visibility, PO coordination, and supply chain execution • Ensure inventory is planned, ordered, tracked, received, and allocated correctly across sales channels • Monitor inventory levels across fulfillment centers and active SKUs • Run daily checks on key SKUs and escalate stockout risks • Forecast demand across DTC, B2B, and Walmart • Manage Walmart inventory needs through RJW and SPS workflows • Track inbound shipments and confirm inventory is received at the correct facility • Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment, and forecast trackers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations • Hands-on Walmart operations experience, including forecasting and inventory planning • Experience using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipment workflows • Experience with POs, inventory trackers, shipment timelines, and vendor follow-ups • Intermediate - advanced skills with Google Sheets skills for inventory tracking/ analysis • Strong written and verbal english communication skills • Ability to work full-time EST
