📋 Description
• Own and execute omni-channel growth marketing, including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO. • Build, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns end to end. • Track and report on growth analytics to sharpen what is working. • Engage leads directly and help convert demand into closed business. • Partner closely with the founders to set and hit growth targets.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years in a go-to-market or marketing role, ideally with omni-channel marketing experience. • Hands-on growth marketing skills across channels like email, paid ads, and SEO. • Charisma and comfort engaging prospects directly, including by phone. • High hustle and strong follow-up discipline. • Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup.
