📋 Description

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding • Manage vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve discrepancies • Prepare weekly ACH and wire payment listings • Maintain AP aging schedules and assist with cash flow planning • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance AP accuracy and efficiency • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations • Support accruals and prepaid expense accounting • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records • Support external audits and maintain audit-ready accounting documentation • Provide backup support for other accounting functions when required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and month end close processes • Proficiency with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Clear communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with a team • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
