📋 Description

• Prepare artist payments via wire, ACH, or check • Manage payment, tracking, and approval of property- and show-related invoices • Complete month-end close, including P&L statements, journal entries, and financial statements • Ensure checks and wires are entered and reconciled monthly with the Accounting Manager • Coordinate with AP/AR Specialists to process and accurately record receivables, receipts, and payable items • Prepare and pay monthly and quarterly taxes • Maintain accounting files and provide audit support • Ensure files comply with company policies and procedures • Perform other accounting functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 2+ years industry accounting experience • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel • Oracle experience is preferred • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude • Flexibility in work hours and availability, including nights and weekends, especially during major projects
