📋 Description

• Treat patients in the state(s) where the provider is licensed • Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations for new patient referrals • Conduct Evaluation & Management sessions for established patients • Use the Talkspace platform for video call sessions, clinical documentation, and patient treatment plans • Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in California state • Active DEA number • Individual NPI number • Fully completed and signed CAQH application • Ability to work independently, including possession of the 104 designation • Reliable internet connection • Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate
