📋 Description

• Organize and process claims into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing. • Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing. • Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace. • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience. • Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred. • Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred.
