📋 Description

• Assist in training specialty skilled and/or semi-skilled courses within TEEX Workforce Development Programs • Deliver online and/or classroom instruction • Provide field-based skills training and/or technical assistance in a specialty area • Use adult learning theories and learning styles to maximize learner success and course effectiveness • Use a variety of media to present course material • Assist in creating or updating curriculum content as needed • Work with the Leadership team and ITSI customers to deliver and develop TEEX Leadership courses • Report to the Training Manager - ITSI Special Projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Four years of experience in a key leadership role, including applicable experience instructing leadership training • One year of adult education and/or training • Must reside in Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Cameron, Duval, Hidalgo, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio, Starr, or Willacy County • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment • Alternatively, two years of related experience with an Associate's Degree in an applicable field, or no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, from an accredited college or university • Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation • Employment is contingent upon verification of credentials and/or other required information
