📋 Description

• Provide HQ-level support for CQI projects, clinical pathways, and practice guidelines • Provide coaching tools for the CQM Program at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) • Support shall also provide consultation, education, training, coaching and mentoring • Provide health care experience in quality improvement at HQ-level, large corporate system, or at Military Health System (MHS) or DHA • Communicate effectively and collaborate at various levels within the organization • Provide a weekly Clinical Quality Improvement project status report • Follow all statutes, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI’s), DHA policies and procedures pertaining to the CQM program • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical quality, clinical quality measurement and clinical quality improvement • Must have experience supporting the MHS/DHA • Knowledgeable on the use of measures to assess the quality and safety of care delivered • Experience in Corporate, HQ or large medical system preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or equivalent DHA security clearance and customer approval • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
