📋 Description

• Lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale locations throughout North America • Ensure consistent brand presentation and drive commercial performance through visual storytelling • Partner with retail field leaders, store operations, and the Global Visual Experience team • Execute and maintain compelling in-store visual presentations aligned with Global Visual Execution • Lead execution of monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, windows, and other visual direction • Lead visual merchandising calls with field teams to communicate and problem-solve floorsets, mapping, and initiatives • Prioritize top doors for floorset walkthroughs, leadership visits, and external visits • Conduct store visits and follow-ups, providing coaching and visual merchandising training • Host Zoom/Teams walkthroughs and virtual touchpoints for remote and opportunity locations • Manage photo reviews, recap progress to North America Retail leadership and the Global Visual Experience team, and provide feedback to store leaders • Identify training opportunities and lead visual merchandising training seminars and sessions • Support creation and training of the Visual Merchandising Program • Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising on seasonal directions, brand messages, initiatives, and tests • Collaborate with North America Buying and Wholesale to balance brand storytelling with commercial priorities • Support market activations and special projects • Own creative layout planning for seasonal windows and in-store presentation mapping • Manage ordering distributions, promotional/signage communication, fixture and replenishment store orders, and floor plans for openings and relocations • Assist with art direction and installation of seasonal windows and animations for priority doors • Conduct regular wholesale and travel retail visits and visual audits • Own visual merchandising execution across wholesale and travel retail locations in the region • Manage monthly global directive setup for the NYC market, including samples, logistics, and store walkthroughs • Protect brand integrity through visual weight, product density, color transitions, styling, animations, functionality, and displays

🎯 Requirements

• 40-60% travel throughout the region monthly • Ability to lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale locations throughout North America • Ability to adapt visual merchandising strategies to regional needs, store architecture, traffic flow, and localized business insights • Experience leading monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, windows, and other visual merchandising direction • Ability to conduct store visits, provide hands-on coaching, and deliver visual merchandising training • Ability to manage photo reviews and provide constructive feedback to store leaders • Ability to assess store talent and identify top performers and development opportunities • Ability to facilitate visual merchandising training calls, seminars, and in-person sessions • Ability to collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising, North America Buying, Wholesale, and retail field teams • Ability to plan seasonal windows, in-store presentation mapping, fixture/replenishment orders, floor plans, signage, and promotional communication • Ability to conduct wholesale and travel retail visual audits • Ability to manage a monthly personal travel budget • Demonstrated competencies in courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and learning on the fly • People-manager competencies in strategic agility, developing direct reports and others, and building effective teams
