📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the territory • Cultivate and expand relationships with key regional customers • Position turf and ornamental products and solutions to meet customer needs • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities • Collaborate with warehouse service center managers, marketing, and regulatory departments • Provide expert advice, customer training, and technical support • Optimize travel routes and sales calls across the territory • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the Turf and Ornamental market is a fundamental requirement • Relentless pursuit and follow-up on business growth opportunities • Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prepare effectively for territory travel by optimizing routes and sales calls • Ability to ensure sales materials and tools are ready in advance • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
