📋 Description

• Own and maintain an assigned portfolio of end-to-end process flows, procedures, and supporting governance artifacts • Conduct recurring and event-driven process reviews • Maintain process information in the designated repository • Evaluate current-state processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, unclear decision points, handoff breakdowns, duplicate effort, and efficiency opportunities • Conduct root-cause analysis and assess impacts to guests, team members, operations, compliance, reporting, and system functionality • Develop recommendations and drive process improvements through implementation, validation, and sustained resolution • Act as a primary point of contact and Process Governance subject matter expert • Facilitate working sessions to clarify processes, requirements, roles, decision points, and partner handoffs • Research operational issues and process questions, communicate findings and recommendations, and coordinate actions across business partners • Provide strategic oversight and governance of the Lines of Defense framework supporting Circle Card operations • Assess impacts of regulatory and compliance remediation, operational changes, system enhancements, and new or updated processes • Update process flows, controls, documentation, and team enablement as needed • Support testing and validation by defining business scenarios and requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, documenting gaps, and validating system functionality, reporting, and operational outcomes • Conduct post-implementation process reviews • Use operational data, issue trends, audit feedback, and partner insights to evaluate process performance and identify emerging risks or improvement opportunities • Define or enhance reporting for process monitoring and decision-making • Communicate process health, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions to leaders and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Three or more years of experience in process management, business analysis, service center operations, continuous improvement, project delivery, or a related area • Experience documenting and evaluating complex end-to-end processes and driving process changes through implementation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills • Strong partner-management skills, including facilitating discussions, building consensus, managing expectations, and influencing without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex information into clear process flows, procedures, recommendations, and leadership updates • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing business needs, timelines, and ambiguity • Experience supporting projects, remediation work, implementation readiness, user acceptance testing, or post-implementation validation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools • Financial Products, regulated operations, or contact/service center experience preferred • Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target
