📋 Description

• Enter new or renewed orders accurately and efficiently • Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections • Handle order exceptions and clarifications, including refill-too-soon and invalid orders • Communicate effectively with leadership and peers • Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred • Must possess a CT State License or PTCB License • Experience with FrameworkLTC preferred • Type an average of 60 wpm • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to meet order deadlines • Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Understand basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions • Ability to perform pharmacy calculations • Availability for occasional overtime • Must withstand long hours of computer screen time • Repetitive-motion deskwork
