📋 Description

• Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for aligned teammates • Conduct teammate audits, root cause analysis scrubbing for CSAT/NPS, resolution rate, and AHT, policy adherence audits, and compliance checks • Coach teammates for campaign-specific performance improvement • Report performance for an aligned span daily, weekly, and monthly • Provide audit-based inputs for briefings and trainings • Partner with team leaders in team meetings focused on metrics improvement • Participate in strategic projects for the campaign/line of business • Identify and escalate potential quality issues according to defined processes • Isolate defects and verify defect fixes • Suggest process and system improvements based on common customer concerns • Drive quality initiatives, contests, and campaigns for the assigned span • Stay current on knowledge and serve as an SME for the campaign/LOB • Perform other responsibilities assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a quality analyst • Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets • Familiarity with applying basic quality tools, such as cause and effect, histogram, correlation, etc. • Experience working in the Healthcare Fields/Branches • Able to work from home with stable internet and a private workspace • Strong customer centricity • Ability to provide constructive feedback assertively • Good written and verbal communication skills • Logical thinking • Ability to manage conflicts • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Initiative and good judgment • Ability to work on multiple projects and be versatile • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals • Ability to work with a diverse team • Continuous improvement mindset • A graduate of any course is preferred
