📋 Description

• Analyze patient sample data across a wide range of flow cytometry assays using WinList and FCS Express • Follow approved assay-specific analysis procedures, templates, and training materials • Use gating templates, Excel reporting tools, and assay-specific materials • Review analyzed patient sample data for accuracy and consistency and escalate unusual findings • Generate and maintain patient sample result files in Excel and PDF formats • Analyze technical transfer data and prepare associated Excel and PDF result files • Support evaluation against established acceptance criteria, including applicable CV% requirements • Collaborate with Scientists and team members on analysis questions, unusual data patterns, and assay-specific considerations • Maintain rigorous documentation, data integrity, and quality standards in alignment with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology • 1 year of flow cytometry analysis experience • Ability to work independently and within a remote global team environment • Proficient with computers • Familiarity with laboratory information systems • High level of attention to detail • Strong communication and organizational skills • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test • Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs • Strong working knowledge of flow cytometry principles • Hands-on experience with FCS Express or comparable analysis software • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills • Preferred: Two years of experience with flow cytometry analysis • Preferred: MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA) or SCYM(ASCP) certification • Preferred: Experience with Excel automation (macros, formulas)
