📋 Description

• Prepare clients for Keystone implementation through card product planning, card database configuration, and card conversion data • Gather and analyze development specifications and interfaces through conversion data • Work closely with clients and collaborate with Card Analysts and Conversion departments • Act as the primary liaison between Card Services and Development • Build in-depth knowledge of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes • Conduct card mapping, card setup, and gather specifications with senior Card Analyst guidance • Analyze and capture client products, services, and processes to ensure the core meets client needs • Facilitate installations and test new versions of card-related interfaces and application software • Troubleshoot and suggest product improvements to protect clients from errors • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Three months to twelve months of similar or related experience • Two-year college degree OR completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school OR completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors OR job-specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or an apprenticeship program • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Basic concepts of card processing networks • Basic concepts of the card conversion process, including network balancing, certification testing, card conversion exception reports, and card validation • Basic technical specifications for custom items • Ability to gather and analyze development specifications and interfaces through conversion data • Ability to follow team, division, and established procedures • Passion for learning additional skills and tools on the job
