📋 Description

• Complete audits or evaluations, including quality audits and RCA scrubbing for CSAT/NPS, Resolution Rate, AHT, Cycle Time, Policy Adherence, and Ticket Closures • Meet defined monthly or weekly evaluation targets • Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for aligned Teammates • Coach Teammates for campaign-specific performance improvement • Report performance for an aligned span on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis • Provide audit inputs and bases for briefings and training needs identification • Partner with Team Leaders in team meetings for metrics improvement • Participate in strategic projects for the campaign/LOB • Identify and escalate potential quality issues according to defined processes • Isolate and report defects and verify defect fixes • Suggest process and system improvements based on common customer concerns • Accomplish other responsibilities assigned by management • Drive quality initiatives, contests, and campaigns for the assigned span • Stay updated on knowledge and serve as SME for the campaign/LOB

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of any course (preferred) • At least one-year of work experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred) • Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets • Problem-solving skills • Familiarity with basic quality tools, such as cause and effect, histogram, and correlation (preferred) • Strong customer centricity • Ability to provide constructive feedback assertively • Good written and verbal communication skills • Logical thinking • Conflict management • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Initiative and good judgment • Ability to work on multiple projects and versatility • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals • Ability to work with a diverse team • Continuous Improvement mindset • Clear thought process • Clear articulation • Assertiveness
