📋 Description

• Manage all customer communications, written and verbal • Answer questions and provide guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details • Process reprints, apply credits, and resolve quality or service concerns • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs • Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and regular communication • Handle escalations and concerns across multiple systems and functions • Work independently and within a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
