📋 Description
• perform a full range of staffing and placement duties in support of federal hiring programs • conduct job analyses to identify core competencies, KSAs, and qualification requirements • develop and update crediting plans and assessment tools • collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies • prepare and post vacancy announcements in compliance with DE regulations • review and adjudicate minimum qualifications and eligibility requirements • issue referral certificates and provide guidance to selecting officials
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of experience as a Federal Staffing Specialist • current Delegated Examining (DE) Certification
