📋 Description

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to initiate, plan, and execute academic projects • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery • Plan and oversee academic retreats, symposia, and workshops • Manage all aspects of conference logistics, including venue selection and registration • Develop and manage budgets for projects and conferences • Identify and select vendors, contractors, and service providers • Collect feedback and evaluations from participants to assess success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) • Previous experience in project management and event planning, preferably in higher education • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Creativity and the ability to think strategically • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
