📋 Description

• Provides support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low-complexity projects and initiatives aligned with business strategies • Supports team project/program delivery • Leads requirements management and work packages for Tier 5 low-to-moderate-risk and regulatory projects or initiatives • Identifies and leads problem resolution • Supports communication and change management activities • Leads stakeholder engagement and adapts communication style to diverse audiences • Analyzes impacts on customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions • Owns business-requirement-related project deliverables • Engages stakeholders to identify and manage required project outcomes • Communicates significant requirements-delivery changes to project sponsors, business project owners, and project/program/portfolio managers • Collaborates with project managers, business sponsors, technology partners, and other stakeholders to assign resources and deliver requirements • Facilitates requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, prioritization, and traceability • Documents and validates current-state processes and designs desired future-state processes • Assesses scope changes and change requests for impacts on requirements, project benefits, and risks • Develops recommendations and solutions through analytical problem solving • Tracks requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints; develops mitigation plans • Supports quality assurance, test-script development, solution testing, issue communication, and resolution • Contributes to project plans and high-level work breakdown structures • Completes work packages and prepares for operational readiness while managing deadlines and changing priorities • Supports implementation and post-implementation activities • Mentors junior and peer Business Analysts and shares business-analysis best practices • Leads, motivates, and develops productive relationships with business, stakeholder, and technology partners • Prioritizes workload and capacity to meet project milestones • Participates in coaching, performance reviews, employee surveys, action plans, team meetings, and recognition programs • Maintains an individual development plan and contributes to a collaborative, diverse work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 3+ years related experience • Sound to advanced knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life-cycle • Knowledge of requirements management and business analysis practices • Ability to lead requirements management/work packages for Tier 5 low to moderate risk and regulatory projects or initiatives • Ability to analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions • Ability to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage business requirements • Experience identifying, documenting, and validating current-state processes and designing desired future-state processes • Ability to establish and maintain requirements traceability and prioritize requirements and scope changes • Ability to collaborate with technology partners on system requirements, design, testing plans, and deliverables • Ability to identify and manage requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints • Ability to develop mitigation plans and complete compliance/new process assessment templates • Ability to support quality assurance, develop test scripts, and test developed solutions • Ability to adhere to enterprise project governance controls and performance, quality, and compliance standards • Ability to develop project plans and high-level work breakdown structures • Ability to manage deadlines, changing work priorities, and project milestone dates • Ability to mentor junior and peer Business Analysts • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously
