📋 Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional areas • Implement policies, processes, and initiatives supporting business management, strategy, and governance objectives • Perform data analysis and engineering • Manage cross-functional initiatives • Prepare senior leadership communications and presentations • Lead specialized business management functions and provide work direction to others • Undertake and complete complex projects integrating cross-functional processes • Contribute to strategic direction and develop and implement business strategies • Plan, lead, manage, and oversee work activities across multiple areas • Lead implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas • Provide subject-matter expertise for enterprise and cross-functional projects, including identifying, designing, and testing solutions • Facilitate executive discussions and provide thought leadership, roadmaps, strategic plans, deliverables, frameworks, and goals • Advise management and leadership on industry trends, issues, opportunities, and recommended actions • Manage relationships with corporate and control functions and align with regulatory requirements • Assess risks and issues, escalate as appropriate, and maintain risk-management and control processes • Ensure business operations comply with internal, external, and regulatory requirements • Lead governance meetings, committees, action plans, and remediation plans • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency • Support team objectives, client services, and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 7+ years relevant experience • Payment industry and card knowledge • Business and financial analysis and reporting • Network rule and operational compliance oversight • Ability to assess network capabilities, contracts, and strategic opportunities • Ability to work with complex or high-risk functional areas • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives • Ability to deliver senior leadership communications and presentations • Ability to provide specialized knowledge, advice, and guidance to stakeholders • Occasional domestic travel • Ability to perform sedentary work and operate standard office equipment • Ability to concentrate for long periods and comprehend written instructions • Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
