📋 Description
• Identify, develop and maintain a quality network of community-based organizations • Take residential mortgage loan applications and communicate underwriting decisions • Increases mortgage loan volume through effective selling • Establish relationships with nonprofit organizations, realtors, and housing offices • Represents the bank in community meetings and initiatives • Guides customers through the mortgage application process
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience • 3+ years related experience • Growing network of outside contacts • Self-directed, able to plan own activities • Excellent time management skills • PC skills, including knowledge of mortgage origination • Established network of community-based organizations
