• Align with other Product Owners and senior management to follow a product vision • Create, maintain, and continuously reprioritize a value-focused product backlog and user stories • Manage delivery blockers and proactively raise issues affecting efficient delivery • Continuously assess customer feedback and maximize product and delivery value • Align with senior management on product roadmaps, Minimum Marketable Features/Minimum Viable Products, and release cadence • Review performance analytics and champion strategies to improve customer or end-user product experience • Participate in Scrum or Kanban events, including stand-ups and retrospectives • Ensure customers and end users are prepared for application changes and establish Day 2 processes • Oversee user story design, development, completion, acceptance, and rejection against the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria • Manage delivery initiatives and, depending on complexity, oversee multiple development team backlogs • Manage and prioritize defects • Lead Quarterly Business Review submissions and discussions for the product • Coordinate risk, quality, and business testing management • Make product delivery decisions and escalate to senior management as appropriate • Communicate product changes and backlog priorities to business, technology, and senior management • Serve as the single point of escalation for the development team • Define OKRs with stakeholders across the organization • Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on product strategy • Compile performance metrics and share them with stakeholders • Support team development, track team performance metrics, and provide coaching • Work cohesively with Scrum Masters and peers to reinforce Agile processes • Mentor others, transfer knowledge, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Promote a fair, positive, equitable, and diverse work environment • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and the business area
• Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate • 7+ years relevant experience • 3–5 years Product Owner or Agile-related delivery experience • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices • Ability to interpret business challenges and industry environment • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence senior stakeholders • Occasional domestic travel • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, sit, concentrate for long periods, and read/write/comprehend instructions continuously • Must be able to work in Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America
