📋 Description

• Provide specialized end-to-end business intelligence support, visualization, presentation, and solutions for significant businesses, functions, projects, and initiatives • Develop, adopt, and evolve reporting and BI capabilities • Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards • Generate interactive visualizations and tools using various methodologies • Lead initiatives supporting business and functional strategies • Conduct analysis to inform management and leadership teams • Create comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards using DataMarts, data infrastructure, and external data sources • Transform data into visual stories using appropriate systems • Identify and propose data presentations for evolving business needs • Build layouts and templates for internal partners • Validate data quality and integrity • Develop commentary and insights for reporting packages • Work with business partners to understand objectives and provide value-added reporting and ad-hoc data extracts • Implement and evolve report automation and visualization standards • Provide advisory or consultative services on multi-format data visualization techniques • Adhere to enterprise frameworks, methodologies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements • Conduct research and functional or enterprise-level analysis, draw conclusions, and make recommendations • Monitor service, productivity, and efficiency and implement continuous improvements • Lead or facilitate remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues • Manage relationships across business lines, corporate functions, and control functions • Participate as a subject matter expert in cross-functional and enterprise initiatives • Support a positive team environment and contribute to knowledge transfer • Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and techniques • Participate in performance management, development, and cross-training • Keep stakeholders informed about project status and day-to-day activities • Mentor others and contribute to team capability development • Develop productive relationships with internal and external business partners • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and the business area

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science • Graduate degree preferred with either progressive project work experience • 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted • Advanced knowledge of reporting and BI platforms, tools, and techniques • Expert knowledge of all main data sources used within the business unit • Ability to integrate data across the enterprise • Experience providing specialized data visualizations • Knowledge of broader enterprise reporting platforms and data sources • Ability to present to senior management or executives • Ability to manage tasks end-to-end • Ability to conduct research, analysis, reporting, and data visualization • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with internal and external requirements • Ability to manage risk, governance, and remediation activities • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to mentor others and share knowledge • Occasional domestic travel • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as indicated by the US role and US workplace accommodation program
