📋 Description

• Provide specialized end-to-end business intelligence support, visualization, presentation, and solutions for significant business functions and projects • Develop, adopt, and continuously evolve reporting and business intelligence capabilities • Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards for product development, customer engagement, account management, and business decision-making • Generate interactive visualizations and tools using various methodologies • Lead initiatives supporting overall business and functional strategy • Conduct analysis to enhance business intelligence for management leadership • Create complex BI reporting packages and dashboards using internal and external data sources, transforming data into visual stories • Identify data presentations that meet evolving business needs • Build layouts and templates for internal partners • Validate reporting and dashboard data quality and integrity • Develop commentary and insights on reporting packages • Understand business objectives, provide value-added reporting, and deliver ad-hoc data extracts • Implement and evolve report automation and visualization standards • Advise colleagues and businesses on multi-format data visualization techniques • Conduct research projects and support presentations and communications for management and broader audiences • Make recommendations and assess program, policy, and practice effectiveness • Monitor service and productivity, and implement process and performance improvements • Lead or facilitate remediation plans addressing performance, risk, and governance issues • Manage relationships across business lines, corporate functions, and control functions • Participate as a subject matter expert in cross-functional and enterprise initiatives • Support team development through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and best practices • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and day-to-day activities

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as in math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science • Graduate degree preferred with either progressive project work experience • 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted • Advanced knowledge of reporting and business intelligence platforms, tools, and techniques • Expert knowledge of main data sources used within the business unit • Ability to integrate data across the enterprise • Experience providing specialized data visualizations • Ability to present to senior management or executives • Ability to oversee and/or independently perform tasks end-to-end • Ability to produce reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards • Knowledge of data infrastructure, localized DataMarts, external data sources, and visualization systems • Ability to validate data quality and integrity • Knowledge of report automation and visualization standards • Ability to work with confidential information and comply with internal and external requirements • Ability to conduct functional or enterprise-level analysis • Occasional domestic travel • Continuous sedentary work, multitasking, use of standard office equipment, concentration, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic arithmetic
