📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business management function • Develop and implement strategies supporting the overall business strategy • Plan, lead, manage, and oversee diverse activities requiring alignment across multiple areas • Lead integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas • Provide subject-matter expertise to complex enterprise and cross-functional projects and initiatives • Identify, design, and test solutions and support implementation • Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences • Develop roadmaps, strategic plans, deliverables, frameworks, and short- to long-term goals • Partner with management, leadership, and specialized teams while identifying trends, issues, and opportunities • Manage relationships with corporate and control functions and ensure regulatory alignment • Assess key issues and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders • Maintain risk management and control processes aligned with risk appetite • Lead governance meetings, committees, and related deliverables • Implement action and remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues • Recommend opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency • Support team members, provide client services, and participate in knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 10+ years relevant experience • Enterprise or functional expertise with broad managerial and deep specialized knowledge • Seasoned specialist knowledge and/or experience integrating cross-functional processes • Knowledge of business, regulatory, and industry environments • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across initiatives and functional domains • Ability to assess emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements • Ability to ensure business operations comply with internal and external requirements • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, and operate standard office equipment continuously
