📋 Description
• Oversee a team of 8 representatives supporting sanctions screening for wires and ACH transactions • Monitor service delivery against standards and implement actions to ensure service deliverables are achieved • Manage employee performance and handle disciplinary actions as required • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen client service
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma; Undergraduate degree preferred • 5+ years experience in Payments & Deposit Operations or related field • Strong process management knowledge • Ability to lead and oversee a team of representatives • Familiarity with OFAC Sanctions screening
