📋 Description
• Customized Kayak Coaching: Deliver personalized sessions that meet each student's unique needs and goals. • Skill Development: Build progressions that improve technique, confidence, and results. • Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater). • Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required. • Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue. • Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
