Team4Tech is an impact accelerator and 501(c)(3) nonprofit that partners with education-focused community nonprofits and corporations to advance education for employability in under-resourced communities. It builds partner capacity using technology, training, grants, and cohort-based AI capacity-building programs, and organizes skilled-volunteer corporate programs, Design for Impact workshops, and an accelerator and community-of-practice to help nonprofits scale STEM, digital literacy, workforce-development, and gender-equity initiatives. Team4Tech supports corporate volunteer engagement, offers regional hubs and online resources for nonprofit partners, and focuses on improving learner outcomes that lead to better employment opportunities.

📋 Description

• Scope and manage highly impactful education technology projects • Lead NGO training cohorts with defined targets, strategies, and goals • Plan and run technical assistance projects with corporate and philanthropic partners • Create AI readiness assessments and frameworks for NGO partners • Design and run training cohorts for NGO staff • Manage skilled volunteer projects and project implementation • Analyze program data for insights and reporting • Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, corporate partners, and volunteers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in educational technology program management • Direct experience leading AI for education initiatives in low-resource settings • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and adaptive learning platforms • Excellent understanding of project management techniques • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks independently • Skilled in analyzing and communicating complex ideas clearly • International development experience preferred • Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, or related field preferred
