📋 Description

• Assist the implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation • Support discovery sessions to understand customers’ current systems, processes, and data structures • Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration • Configure platform settings and parameters as directed, aligning builds to documented requirements • Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements • Maintain implementation documentation and process guides • Recommend improvements for clarity and efficiency • Develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues • Learn the TeamBuilder platform to enable product delivery and customer success • Report to the Implementation Manager and interact closely with Product and Data teams

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based applicants only • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer; no sponsorship provided • 2–5 years of experience in an implementation support or coordinator role • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms • Experience with healthcare-specific platforms such as EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, or Epic is an advantage • Basic knowledge of data integration tools such as ETL tools is a bonus • Experience with customer support and project management, preferably in a tech environment • Ability to work flexibly across time zones • Curiosity, flexibility, innovation, and loyalty • Must be able to reside within the U.S.
