📋 Description

• Define content/documentation standards and a repeatable development workflow • Convert source material into structured modules, lessons, objectives, and assessments for course content • Create step-by-step SOPs with roles, systems, inputs/outputs, and escalation points • Use AI to accelerate drafting while maintaining human review and quality control • Identify processes that benefit from video walkthroughs and recommend a production workflow • Develop reusable templates and prompts • Establish review, versioning, and update procedures • Execute the full project scope independently, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins as needed • Submit an RFQ with the proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Strong instructional design and/or technical writing experience • Hands-on use of AI/LLM tools for content generation • Ability to interview stakeholders and translate workflows/subject matter into clear, structured content • Familiarity with Mindsmith, Synthesia, or comparable AI content/video-authoring tools • LMS implementation or documentation-governance experience • Portfolio of relevant, comparable work • RFQ covering proposed work, approach, inclusions/exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total and recurring costs, required TeamFicient inputs, risks, limitations, and assumptions • Willingness to sign an NDA and Project Agreement before receiving full project details and credentials • Willingness to undergo a background check
