• 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of clear, consistent reporting to leadership. • Experience creating and tracking KPIs, operational reports, and performance goals. • Solid understanding of sales strategy, operational planning, and business development. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive accountability. • Experience in the driving school, educational services, or a similar regulated service industry in the United States (Good to have). • Background in customer service operations, scheduling, or compliance-driven environments (Good to have). • Experience with operational scaling and partnership development (Good to have).
