📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets—India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and Latin America—while managing high-volume pipelines to meet client needs • Conduct initial screenings and quality checks to ensure candidates meet departmental standards • Utilize and maintain Zoho Recruit for all global recruitment workflows • Ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed and aligned with established standards • Use Google Workspace to update and maintain functional recruitment dashboards • Track critical metrics such as screening-to-applicant ratios, turnaround time (TAT), and KPI/SLA adherence • Maintain comprehensive documentation and administrative credentials across all recruitment platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency environment • Proven experience hiring across global markets—India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS • Strong Google Workspace skills for data management and reporting • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in a remote, global environment.
