📋 Description

• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term financial projections across multiple companies • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis • Oversee cost structures across business lines and geographies • Analyze product and service profitability and recommend pricing strategies • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies • Define and monitor break-even points by client, service, and company • Provide financial feasibility analysis for new business opportunities, investments, and expansions • Analyze salary structures and workforce costs across regions • Partner with HR and Accounting to optimize compensation relative to productivity • Support budgeting and forecasting for headcount planning • Lead cross-functional financial projects across Finance, HR, and Operations • Implement and optimize financial processes, tools, and reporting systems • Deliver executive-level financial reports, findings, and recommendations • Track and report profitability, efficiency, and growth KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance roles • Experience with cross-functional project management • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Financial modeling required • Experience working with multi-entity or international companies • Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (good to have)
