📋 Description

• Identify performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of targeted audiences • Create, select, and/or suggest learning experiences to address identified gaps • Design and execute knowledge transfer initiatives for the US Navy (Office of Naval Research) • Create, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and comprehensive documentation • Design and develop online course content aligned with organizational objectives and learner requirements • Ensure course accessibility and engagement • Create presentations, instructional videos, and interactive exercises • Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders • Assess learning and training material effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis • Continuously improve materials to optimize learning outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field • 4+ years of teaching, training, or web designing experience • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation • Familiarity with design and learning programs (Adobe, Photoshop, Flash, etc.) • Excellent communication and graphic design skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development • Ability to operate effectively in remote/hybrid team environments • NACI or ability to obtain • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandable in text and pictures • Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences • Prioritization and multi-tasking skills
