📋 Description

• Develop engaging experiences for millions of users across web applications • Design and implement scalable web applications and features within a unified product and system architecture • Brainstorm and evaluate product features with product and UX teams • Collaborate and pair with developers to develop solutions and teach technical skills • Contribute to development standards and improve code quality across engineering • Champion and implement automated testing practices for frontend applications • Own the reliability of the team’s web experiences • Participate in on-call responsibilities and incident management • Evaluate and test new technologies • Help teammates overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience leading large projects on high-scale web applications as a software engineer • Proficiency in frontend development with React, Vue, Angular or similar • Strong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals • Experience with web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Hands-on experience building web clients at scale that consume APIs and services • Experience delivering complex projects, including debugging problems spanning multiple systems • Experience consuming APIs, event streams, webhooks, etc. • Experience working within and towards a distributed system • Permanent US resident status required • Extra points for experience building web experiences for livestreaming, media, checkout, advertising, or subscriptions
