📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows within Domo • Design and manage ETLs, including data extraction, transformation, and validation • Integrate data from legal CMS platforms and other business tools • Conduct client-facing meetings to gather requirements and present insights • Translate legal workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within client data • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting • Maintain documentation and support ongoing client needs • Manage client relationships independently and align data solutions with clients’ operational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a client-facing role • Strong experience with Domo (required) • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation • Experience working with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos or CloudLex • Understanding of Personal Injury workflows, case lifecycle, and key performance metrics • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver high-quality work • Experience with APIs, data connectors, or advanced ETL processes is a bonus • Experience with Python or other analytics tools is a bonus • Background in legal operations or law firm environments is a bonus • Experience working with marketing or intake data, including CallRail and Lead Docket, is a bonus
