📋 Description

• Build and operate secure, cloud-connected network fabrics for mission-critical industries • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to deliver reliable customer results • Identify issues, propose solutions, and follow them through to completion • Communicate professionally with customers and team members • Use Technium tools to gather issue information • Create and accurately complete incident tickets • Review applicable knowledge articles for rapid resolution • Escalate complex network and security incidents to senior engineers • Attend regular internal and external training sessions • Work toward development goals aligned with a development plan • Follow network operations policies, processes, and procedures • Provide on-call support during non-duty hours, weekends, and holidays when needed • Maintain confidential information and follow company compliance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with networking and security fundamentals • Experience with switching, routing, and next-generation firewalls • Experience with Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto technologies • Ability to work independently to resolve incidents • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills • Ability to monitor, tune, and troubleshoot systems • Strong customer focus and ability to work with customers of varying technical expertise in high-pressure situations and complex environments • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to quickly learn, become competent in, and apply new skills • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to work on cross-functional teams • Ability to work in pressure situations • Availability for one fixed schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday • Availability for associated on-call responsibilities, including some night and weekend work • Occasional travel for training and/or conferences
