📋 Description

• Support add/move/change (MAC) activities across production financial‑markets networks • Configure and troubleshoot Layer‑2 and Layer‑3 network services • Assist with BGP, OSPF, and IS‑IS routing changes and troubleshooting • Support NAT configuration and fault isolation (static and dynamic NAT) • Assist with IP multicast (IGMP, PIM) used for market data distribution • Perform packet capture and traffic analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark or equivalent) • Assist with Layer‑1 troubleshooting including physical connectivity and latency‑sensitive paths • Follow disciplined change, documentation, and operational processes • Work with senior engineers on automation‑enabled configuration and validation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting global IP networks • Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista platforms • Strong Layer‑2 knowledge (VLANs, trunking, STP, LACP) • Strong Layer‑3 fundamentals (BGP basics, OSPF/IS‑IS concepts) • NAT fundamentals and troubleshooting experience • Multicast fundamentals (IGMP, PIM) • Packet capture and analysis skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Certifications: CCNA or CCNP, NCIA or JNCIP
