âą 8+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, with substantial time in a senior or lead role âą Experience designing geospatial interfaces, mapping applications, or GIS-based systems âą Mastery of Figma (required), with hands-on experience using Jira and AI-powered design tools like Lovable, Claude Design, or similar âą Proficiency with prototyping tools and rapid iteration workflows âą Proven ability to simplify complex data and workflows into intuitive user experiences âą Primary expertise in Product Design (UX/UI/prototyping) with secondary strengths in research, information architecture, and front-end code âą Experience with utility, energy, GIS, or other complex enterprise environments âą Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization and complex information architecture âą Strong communication skills with the ability to present design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
