📋 Description

• Lead design efforts across new and existing product areas • Create experiences for educators and students connecting them with Panorama's data and insights • Define AI-native features and design systems for human-agent collaboration • Define design system components, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation • Build production-ready accessible components with engineering • Drive adoption of AI-native interaction patterns across multiple products • Lead by example through visual design, interaction design, and prototyping • Give thoughtful feedback and mentor designers • Build a culture of high standards and continuous learning • Integrate WCAG 2.2 AA compliance into the design process • Partner with Product to run user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions • Present design strategy and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership • Articulate trade-offs and advocate for design decisions with evidence • Report to the Senior Director of Product Design while working on a distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • K–12 edtech experience is a plus • A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, end-to-end product thinking, and systems-level reasoning • Hands-on AI design experience, including shipped AI-powered or AI-assisted features • Data visualization expertise • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA • Mentoring, feedback, knowledge sharing, and ongoing experimentation • Genuine belief that well-designed tools can advance equity and improve outcomes for students
