• Ready to drive workforce transformation and redefine careers? • At TechWolf, we’re shaping the future of work through advanced workforce intelligence solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. • Our Customer Success team helps our clients navigate complex workforce transformation, create solutions opportunities, and drive organisational agility with our platform. • You’ll be the strategic partner our customers trust to navigate their workforce transformation journey, guiding them to realise tangible outcomes with TechWolf. • Drive high retention and customer satisfaction, by ensuring clients achieve maximum value with our platform and achieve their goals. • Build long-term relationships: develop customer advocates and maintain multi-level client relationships, ensuring alignment and trust with key decision-makers and champions. • Proactively manage account health and renewals: continuously monitor and address risks, mobilizing internal teams proactively to maintain exceptional client value and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Domain expert: you have extensive knowledge of HR, workforce transformation, and experience working with large enterprises on these topics, either as a consultant or within HR Tech. • Strategic problem-solver: You thrive in ambiguity, can think long term and can break big hairy goals down into actionable steps. • Executive communicator: you’re adept at managing high-stakes conversations at the executive level, confidently interacting with CHROs, VPs and other senior leaders.
