• Domain expert: you have extensive knowledge of HR, workforce transformation, and experience working with large enterprises on these topics, either as a consultant or within HR Tech. • Strategic problem-solver: You thrive in ambiguity, can think long term and can break big hairy goals down into actionable steps. • Executive communicator: you’re adept at managing high-stakes conversations at the executive level, confidently interacting with CHROs, VPs and other senior leaders.
