• Support project managers in preparing and updating project management documents; • Participate in the development, monitoring, and updating of project plans; • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT service continuity plans; • Participate in reporting activities and impact analyses; • Ensure the quality, consistency, and standardization of management tools and documents; • Provide advisory support to teams on planning, monitoring, and control; • Manage and organize the project document structure; • Participate in budget tracking and the production of required reports; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Hold a relevant university degree; • Have experience supporting project management, a PMO, or PCO; • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Project Online; • Experience in document management and IT project tracking; • Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and rigor; • Excellent writing skills; • Excellent oral and written command of French.
