📋 Description

• Lead ad hoc strategic work, including M&A screening, new market evaluation, pricing strategy, and new product launches • Conduct competitive and market analysis for go-to-market and product strategy • Evaluate strategic partnerships and commercial deal structures, assessing financial impact and trade-offs • Support build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions with financial and strategic frameworks • Identify opportunities to automate recurring finance workflows using AI and modern FP&A tooling • Build and own long-range financial models forecasting multi-year revenue across investment scenarios • Model strategic alternatives and simulate the long-term effects of pricing, partnerships, market entry, and capacity investment decisions • Own GTM analytics, including CAC, sales efficiency, and funnel conversion • Build and maintain customer economics frameworks covering LTV:CAC, retention, churn drivers, and cohort analysis • Evaluate expansion economics across upsell and cross-sell motions • Partner analytically with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership • Develop Board and investor materials translating complex operational data into clear narratives • Prepare executive presentations, investment briefs, and strategic summaries • Build and maintain reusable AI-assisted workflows for recurring deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, FP&A, or comparable analytical roles • SaaS background strongly preferred • Demonstrated financial modeling strength, including building models from scratch, stress-testing assumptions, and clearly communicating outputs • Experience with special projects or cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders • Has built at least one reusable prompt workflow for a recurring finance deliverable and can describe the time saved • Experience connecting AI tools to live data sources to automate recurring competitive or pipeline monitoring is a strong plus • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience with SQL • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or equivalent • Comfort with AI tools and workflow automation • Exceptional financial modeling skills, including ARR and revenue modeling, pipeline and capacity planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Self-starter with proactive attitude and strong ownership • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
