📋 Description

• Own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Build and maintain financial models connecting revenue, expenses, transaction volume, customers, rewards, unit economics, and other business metrics • Produce monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, explaining what changed and why • Support strategic planning, fundraising, capital planning, and other major company initiatives • Build scenario models to evaluate new products, partnerships, hiring plans, and other business decisions • Work closely with accounting to ensure actual financial results are accurately reflected in models and forecasts • Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision making across the organization • Report to the CEO and work closely with leadership and teams across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills • Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational activity flows through to financial results • Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders • Experience with BI and data viz tools like Power BI or Metabase • Fintech, banking, payments, lending, or financial services experience is preferred • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to do real work • Has worked with startups
